Owner * Former National Ballet of Canada Dancer * Certified Fitness Instructor *
Deborah Todd Thompson has more than two decades of experience in the fields of dance and fitness. As an honor graduate from Canada's National Ballet School, she went on to dance with the National Ballet of Canada for over 12 years on stages around the world. After a successful dance career, she earned a CAE designation working in the business and not-for-profit sectors. She was a certified fitness instructor with GoodLife for 11+ years; and is an accomplished barre instructor and coach.
